Chamber Music Summer School – Mount Buller runs each January at the Mount Buller Ski village situated in the north-eastern alps of Victoria. This residential school caters for up to 12 chamber string groups, composed mainly of string players. Planning of the Summer school is carried out each year by an experienced committee who also attend as students.
The 38th Summer school will run from Sunday 21st – Sunday 28th January 2024. This would run in accordance with a strict Covid plan in place, and we ask that all participants are fully vaccinated.
Elinor Lea (violin) is the Artistic Director and she has invited a distinguished and eminent team of colleagues to lead the summer school: Benedict Lea (violin), Tobias Lea (viola), William Newbery (viola), David Berlin (cello) and Anna Pokorny (cello).
