Chamber Music Summer School Mount Buller

Chamber Music Summer School - Mount Buller runs each January at the Mount Buller Ski village situated in the north-eastern alps of Victoria. This residential school caters for up to 12 chamber string groups. The 2009 school will take place between January 18 and 25. Pre-organisation of the summer school is carried out each year by an experienced committee who also attend the school. Professional direction and running of the summer school are provided by visiting staff who vary each year. For January 2009 overall direction will be by Keith Crellin (Artistic Director), assisted by the Flinders Quartet, Christian Wojtowicz and Rachel Bremner. The cool summer climate at Mt Buller is invigorating and students can expect to work hard and gain a great deal of enjoyment through the week. There are many opportunities for unstressed performance.
